Temperatures Soar in Bournemouth
Thousands of sunseekers flocked to Bournemouth beach and Lower Gardens as temperatures hit 25°C over the weekend.
Weather forecasters have predicted that the UK is set to enjoy its best summer for years.
With seven miles of glorious sandy beaches, Bournemouth is the perfect place to be! Take in the sea air and watch the world go by, or take part in one of the many activities along the coastline. In its recent assessment the Whitehall Hotel was awarded 78% by the AA.
Four years after moving to Bournemouth to take over the Whitehall Hotel, we have been given a top tourism award. At an Oscars style event the Whitehall picked up a prize for Hotel of the Year in our category from TV’s travel expert Simon Calder at the prestigious 2007 Bournemouth Tourism Awards.
