Just give us your name, address and telephone number as well as the name of your bowls club, the number of people in your party and your preferred dates for the tour.

We will then send you:

The Bowlaway Information Pack
A letter with proposed dates, accommodation, bowls matches with a per person price. This price is usually an inclusive price for the hotel accommodation (on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis); a special dinner on the final evening and the rink fees for the bowls matches. Additional matches and coach transport can be arranged and added to the package
The hotel brochure, Bowlaway Booking Conditions and a leaflet offering group travel insurance.

Bowlaway office hours are:

Monday to Friday 08.30am to 6pm

Saturday and Sunday 08.30am to 1pm

During the tour itself we are contactable at all hours (by mobile phone) in the event of an emergency or if any problems occur concerning match fixtures.

Making a firm booking

To confirm a booking we request a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person. Three months before the arrival date we request final names, numbers and rooming requirements with a further deposit from each person.

The balance is payable 2 weeks in advance of the arrival date.

Free places for groups

Our usual policy is: 1 free place for 30 paying adults; 2 free places for 48 or more paying adults.

Bowlaway Booking Conditions are available on request. These include cancellation charges so we strongly recommend cancellation insurance.
